Mom's Super Easy & Versatile Home Made Chili

Ingredients
1/2 lb lean ground beef, defrosted1 pkg Club House Chili Seasoning Mix1/2 cups white vinegar3 1/2 cups tomatoes (32 oz can)1 1/2 cups baked beans (12 oz can)1 3/4 cups red kidney beans (14 oz can)1 1/2 cups mushrooms, fresh1 large green bell pepper
Directions
In a large, cast iron skillet brown lean ground beef. Stir frequently using a wooden spatula. When beef is cooked, drain any fat (if any is noticeable). Add chili seasoning mix and all other ingredients. Heat until it is just starting to boil, then turn down heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

Recipe makes approximately eight 1 1/2 cup servings.
