Italian Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
2 cups Skim Milk1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder1/3 cup Sugar1 tsp Corn Starch
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together.

Turn stove on low, in a sauce pan whisk 1/2 cup of the milk and the dry ingredients together.

Once the milk and dry ingredients are combined well, add the rest of the milk into the sauce pan, turn the heat up to medium-low, stir constantly until it starts to thicken. This takes approximately 10-15 minutes.

Serve in a cute mug along with a spoon for easier consumption.

Makes 4 Servings (sightly more than 1/2 cup each).
