Baked Butternut Squash Ravioli

3 pkgs Butternut Squash Ravioli12 oz fresh ricotta2/3 cup shredded parmesan, divided3Tbsp milksalt and pepperFresh sage
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook ravioli according to pacakge directions, omitting fat and salt.
Place ravioli in a 11x7 dish or 2qt cassarole, coated with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine ricotta, 1/3 cup parmesan, salt and pepper (to taste). Spread cheese mixture on top of pasta. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake in oven un warmed through, about 25 minutes. Broil until top is browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Top with chopped sage (optional).
Serves 6.
