Ingredients
- Pineapple, fresh, 1 thin slice- Oatmeal, 1 tbsp- Honey, 1 tbsp- Celery, raw, 1 strip- Grapefruit, half fruit- Prickly pear, raw, half a piece- Kiwi Fruit, 1 fruit without skin- Water, 6 oz.
Directions
Chop everything and put it in the blender.
Blend to liquefy.

Makes 1 serving of about 8 oz.
