Shoepeg Corn Salad

Ingredients
1 cup finely chopped onion1 cup of finely chopped red bell pepper1 cup of finely chopped celery1 can of shoepeg corn drained1 can of Le Seur Early Peas drained1 can of french style green beans1/4 cup of canola oil1/4 cup of sugar3/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
Directions
Combine vinegar and sugar in dish in order to dissolve. Chop all fresh vegtables. Add oil to vinegar and sugar, next add chopped veggies and then add canned vegtables once they have been drained. Stir, season with salt and pepper and refridgerate. Flavors blend together after a couple of hours. Great holiday dish!
