Directions
24 large jalapenos6 ounces fat-free cream cheese2 tsp Worcestershire sauce1/4 tsp garlic powder1 package (8 ounces) imitation crab meat, chopped1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese12 turkey bacon strips, halved widthwise
Cut stems off peppers, remove seeds and membranes. USE GLOVES WHEN YOU DO THIS! In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, worcestershire sauce and garlic powder until blended. Stir in crab and cheese. Transfer to a Ziploc bag and cut a small hole in the corner to make a piping bag.
Pipe the filling into jalapenos. Wrap each with a piece of bacon, cut in half widthwise. Secure with a toothpick. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until the peppers are crisp-tender.
Makes 2 dozen.
