Indian Prawn paella

Ingredients
Directions
* *Brown Rice, Par boiled, 3 cup * Canned Tomatoes, 3 cup * *Fresh or frozen prawns, 872 gram(s) * Salt, 2 tsp * *Tomato juice, with salt added, 4 cup * water, 3 cups * Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp * cumin powder, 1 tsp * coriander powder, 1tsp * Garlic powder, 1 tsp * *Onion powder, 1 tsp * Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
Put all ingredients in a large heavy pan.
Stir well to mix. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to med low. Cover and simmer for approx 15 minutes or until liquid is fully absorbed. Leave covered for 5 minutes. Stir to remove any clumps. Enjoy
Note: I used Frozen tiger prawns when cooking
I also spray the pan with Pam before adding ingredients
