Fiesta Turkey Soup

Ingredients
1 medium onion, diced1 teaspoon vegetable oil1 garlic clove, minced3 cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken1 (15-ounce) can chili beans3 1/2 cups chicken or turkey broth1 (11-ounce) can whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chiles1/2 teaspoon chili powder1/2 teaspoon ground cumin1/8 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Sauté onion in hot oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat 7 minutes or until tender. Add garlic, and sauté 1 minute. Stir in turkey and next 8 ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally; reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes.
