baked veggies with apple and banana

Ingredients
Any Vegetables such as:Sweet potato - cubedWhite potato - cubedYellow Squash - slicedZucchini - slicedbroccoli - cut upPeppers - slicedCarrots - sliced1 or 2 apples sliced1 or 2 bananas chunkedsaltpepperany dried spices you likegarlic
Directions
Serving size depends on the amt and size of veggies.

Preheat oven to 400. Mix olive oil and spices in roasting pan and then add all the veggies, mixing well. Bake in the oven for 30-45 minutes stirring once in awhile and checking to see if the veggies are finished. The potatoes usually take the longest. Bananas will kind of melt away and become part of the flavor.
