Sausage and Cabbage Soup
- Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients
Directions
1 lb ground pork sausage1/2 head chopped cabbage1 chopped onion3 potatoes, diced, skin on3 cans chicken/beef brothspices to taste, (garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, etc)
Brown the sausage, drain the fat.
add everything else.
bring to a boil, then simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
I made it with 2 cans of broth, and it was very thick, if you want it to be more of a soup, you could even add 4 cans. Also, if you don't mind the fat, if you leave some grease from the sausage in, it really flavors it!
I dont really know how many servings, I didn't measure them, I just dished it out!
