Ingredients
Directions
3 cups washed Kale leaves1 tbs olive oil (or coconut is great too)1 tsp sea salt (optional)Pepper (optional)
wash kale leaves and cut in half down the stem, than cut into 3rds width wise to make about 6 cuts per leaf.
lightly grease a foil lined baking sheet and spread out kale leaves evenly. lightly oil leaves by massaging them or oil them in a bowl before placing them on the sheet (sometimes I use olive oil spray for ease of use)
sprinkle with nutritional yeast and salt / pepper to taste
place in pre heated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes and check. bake until leaves are dry and crispy. Be careful to not over bake. They get burnt fast.
enjoy
