My Mom's Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
Trader Joe's No Salt Added Chicken Broth, 2 cup Pastina or other small pasta, cooked, 2 oz (1/4 cup)Peas, frozen, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 2 medium beatenParsley chopped, .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
Directions
Heat chicken stock in a med saucepan over high heat. When it boils, add the pasta. Add the peas after a few minutes, but before the pasta has fully cooked. When pasta is cooked, stir in the beaten egg. Remove from heat and stir in parsley and cheese, add salt and pepper to taste.
