gouda & american quesadilla

Ingredients
1/2 a slice of gouda cheesesauted jalapeno, onion and tomato1/2 a slice of 2% kraft american cheese1 flour tortilla
Directions
saute vegetables, heat tortilla in pan, add cheese on one half, then vegetables on top of cheese, fold tortilla over and cook other side of tortilla
