see above.. * Shortening, .75 cup * Granulated Sugar, 1 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 extra large * *Molassas - cup, .25 cup * Flour, whole grain, 2 cup * Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp * Baking Soda, 2 tsp * Salt, .5 tsp
beat egg into fat till creamed...
mix all wet items in well
dump flour and other dry items on top stir dry items gently them mix into the rest.
ball up into golfball sized pieces and roll in white sugar bake at 350 f for 7-9 minutes untill the tops split and craze like a dry mud flat and are still very soft.
