* Flour, whole grain, 4 cup * Egg, fresh, 2 large * Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup * Dannon Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt, 0.5 cup * Milk, nonfat, 0.75 cup * Banana, fresh, 2 cup, mashed * Baking Soda, 2 tsp * Baking Powder, 2 tsp * Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 cup, hulled * Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 14 tbsp
- Mix wet ingredients.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Bake at 375*C for 30-45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack.
