Cranberry Walnut Muffins

Ingredients
1 c. All purpose flour3/4 c. whole wheat flour1/2 c. sugar2 tsp. baking powder3/4 tsp. salt1 egg, beaten1 c. milk1/3 c. canola oil1 c. cranberries, rough chopped1/2 c. walnuts, rough chopped
Directions
Makes 12 1-muffin servings.
Mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredients. Don't over mix. fold in chopped cranberries and wlanuts. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
