1 c cornmeal1/2 t baking soda1/2 t baking powder1/2 t salt3/4 c buttermilk1 egg
Directions
Preheat rice cooker on cake setting. Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Add and combine. Put in rice cooker and bake 30 minutes.
