G's Low Carb Chili

Ingredients
Ground beef,1 lb Chorizo 1 lb Sausage or hot link 1 lbOnions, raw, 1 large )Bell peppers 1 chopped Celery 1 stalk, lWorcestershire Sauce, 2 ozLiquid smoke, 2 tsp Tomato Sauce, 15oz canRed Wine, 4 fl oz Cumin seed, 1 tspDry mustard, 1 tspCayenne, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tbsp
Directions
In a large skillet add the meats and spices until cooked, add the vegetables until tender, add the remaining ingredients bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer. Makes 16 servings without adding beans and left overs freeze well.
