Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast cut into 1 inch piecesGarlic, 1 tspExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbspFrozen Stirfry Vegetables, thawed 1 small bagCabbage, fresh, 1 cup, choppedWhole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 4 cupSauce:*Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp*Rice Wine Vinegar, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, 1 tsp Cornstarch, 2 tspChicken Broth, 1 cup Oyster Sauce, 2 tbspGranulated Sugar, 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
Directions
First mix sauce ingredients and set aside. Next Brown all chicken in 2 tbsp of oil! Take chicken out of pan add last tbsp of oil to pan and add Onion. When onion is translucent add Stirfry Vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes and add then cabbage. Cook until Cabbage starts to get translucent. Add chicken back to vegetable mixture. Add pasta and stir together. Add sauce mixing it well in the pan and watch mixture when sauce thickens it is done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. serves 5 to 6
