Thai flavored Baked Tofu

Ingredients
2 tsp sesame oil2 tbsp lemon juice1/4 cup water1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce1 tsp thai chili sauce2 tbsp peanut butter1 pkg extra firm tofu
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Place the sesame oil, lemon juice, water, soy sauce, chili sauce, and peanut butter in a spouted measuring cup and whisk to combine.

3. Cut tofu crosswise into 12 slices and arrange in a single layer in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, lined with aluminum foil.

4. Pour the sauce over tofu; tilt dish so all of the tofu is coated.

5. Bake until liquid evaporates completely and tofu is deep brown, about 45 minutes. Let cool at least 15 minutes before eating.
