Crock Pot Pork Roast

Ingredients
-1.5 lb pork roast-25 baby carrots-1/2 large sweet onion-2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce-1 tbsp balsamic vinegar-1 packet Lipton onion soup mix-1 cup water-1 tsp celery salt-1 tsp rosemary-1 tsp basil-1 tbsp garlic powder
Directions
1. Chop onion and place in bottom of crock pot.
2. Layer in carrots.
3. Place roast on top of veggies.
4. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and pour over roast.
5. Cook on low for 608 hours.
6. Thicken gravy with 1/2 cup of water and some flour if desired.
