Super Simple Cranberry Pork Roast

Ingredients
2.37lbs Pork Top Sirloin (boneless, fat trimmed off)1 Can Whole Cranberry Sauce (~1.5cups)2 Tbsp Soy Sauce1/2 Large Onion Chopped
Directions
Place pork into 4 qt crockpot.

Place soy sauce, chopped onion and cranberry sauce on top.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or until the pork is readily pulled apart by a fork.

Makes 12 three ounce servings.
