Dayton Coleslaw

Ingredients
1/2 lg. head cabbage1 med. green pepper, minced1/2 cup green onions1 cup shredded carrotsDRESSING:1/4 c. Splenda1/2 tsp. dry mustard1/2 c. cider vinegar1/3 c. vegetable oil1/2 tsp. Mrs Dash Original Blend1/2 tsp. celery seed
Directions
Thinly slice the cabbage and combine with green pepper in large bowl. Mix dressing in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over moderate heat. When sugar is dissolved, pour dressing over the cabbage and toss well. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
