frosting --Duncan Hines Creamy Homestyle Chocolate frosting, 1 containerEAS 100% Whey Protein, 1 serving Cool Whip Lite, 2 servingsCake --western family german chocolate cake, 1 box Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup western family egg substitute, .5 cup 1/4 C semi sweet chocolate chips# Egg whites, 2 serving1 C water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Put cake mix, applesause, 1 C water and eggs in mixing bowl, mix on medium for two minutes. Spray a 9x13 cake pan, dust with flour. Pour cake mix into pan, sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. While baking, put frosting mix in a bowl, add protein powder and blend till smooth.
