Besan Pancakes with Vegetables

Ingredients:*Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1 cup Flaxseed, 2 tbsp Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped *Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Gram Flour (Chick Pea Flour), 30 gram(s) Gram Flour (Chick Pea Flour), 30 gram(s) Jalapeno Peppers, .5 pepper Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp Allspice, 1 tsp Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
Chop onion, jalepeno peppers finely. Mix all dry ingredients together and add water to make batter. Batter should not be runny but semi thick and smooth. Add onions, peppers, flaxseed powder and sesame seeds. Mix Well.
Heat griddle and spray lightly with Pam. Pour batter as you would for a pancake and cook both sides.
Depending on the size and thickness of the pancake you can make about 6-8 pancakes. Feeds two to three people.
Eat with plain yougart, mint chutney or mango pickle.
