3Cups Fresh Spinach3 Med Size Mushrooms Sliced1-2 tbsp Red Onion Chopped or Sliced2 Strips Cooked Bacon Chopped1 Large Hard Boiled Egg Sliced1 tbsp Low Cal Balsamic Vinaigrette
Directions
Wash spinach well. Add sliced mushrooms, onions , cooked bacon, sliced egg and dressing.
