Morning Parfait

Ingredients
1 cup Dry Couscous (I prefer Israeli for the texture but any will do)3 cups Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt 2 cups Skim Milk3 cups frozen blueberried or mixed berries
Directions
Cook the couscous using the skim milk instead of water. I add cinnamon while the couscous is cooking for extra flavor. Once the couscous is cooked, divide equally amongst 6 portable containers (about 1/2 cup each). Place a half 1/2 cup of frozen berries on top of couscous. (No need to thaw the berries first). Top each with 1/2 cup of the yogurt. Seal and place in the refrigerator. This will keep for the the week so you can just grab one every morning.
