1 can Chickpeas (19 fluid ounces)1 can Black Beans (19 fluid ounces)1 can Lentils (19 fluid ounces)2 cans Soy Beans (398 ml cans)1 Large Red Onion2 Green Bell Peppers1 cup Granulated Sugar1 cup Canola Oil1.5 tsp salt0.5 tsp Celery Seed0.5 tsp Mustard Seed0.5 cup Cider Vinegar0.5 cup White Vinegar
Chop onion and peppers. In seperate bowl, combine liquids and spices and blend well. Rinse beans, and combine with the vegetable mixture and liquid mixture. Let sit for 1 day. Good in the fridge for about a week.
