Tangy Fresh Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
4 medium cucumbers, peeled, thinly sliced1 Tbsp canola oil1/4 Cup cider vinegar2 tsp Splenda2 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper
Directions
peel and thinly slice 4 medium cucumbers
mix canola oil, cider vinegar and splenda in a bowl
pour dressing over cucumbers
salt and pepper to taste
refrigerate for 1/2 hour
