quinoa protein pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup almond milk,1 cup quinoa flour,2 eggs,2 tsp low sodium baking powder,1/2 tsp himilayan crystal salt,2 tbsp maple syrup,1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Directions
1. mix milk, flour and protein powder in blender until smooth. add in eggs, baking powder, salt, oil and syrup and blend until a nice batter is formed.

2. pour batter on a hot nonstick pan. flip the pancakes when little holes appear.

-makes approx 16 thin pancakes.
