Ground Turkey Cabbage Rolls

8oz ground turkey1/2 cup Instant Brown Rice1 large eggcrushed garlic1/4 cup onion5 large cabbage leaves1.5 cups bertolli champignon & portobello mushroom pasta sauce (whole package)red pepper flakes, salt, & pepper (to taste)1 tsp parmesan cheese for garnish
Place 5 large cabbage leaves in water and bring to boil. In meantime, place ground turkey, egg, uncooked rice, onion, garlic, and seasonings in bowl and mix well together. When cabbage is soft (about 5 minutes into boiling) drain and leave to cool. Divide turkey mixture into 5 servings, placing each serving into a cabbage leaf. Roll turkey mixture in cabbage and place in casserole dish. Pour pasta sauce over 5 cabbage rolls, sprinkle 1 tsp Parmesan cheese on dish and bake for 1 hour @ 350 degrees. Super delicious, inexpensive, and filling. Enjoy!
