Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey2 tbs dry thymesalt an pepper to taste1 onion finely chopped or shredded1 carrot finely chopped or shreddedolive oil for drizzling
Directions
combine all ingredients in a bowl and form into 4 large patties. brush or drizzle patties with okive oil and cook 7 min on each side. serve on burger buns, you can also add tomatoe and lettuce to your burger!
