Ingredients
1 Box prepared Angel food Cake, white3/4 cups Lemon Pie Filling1 cup Cool Whip
Directions
Prepare the angel food cake as directed on the package.

Mix lemon pie filling and Cool Whip.

Slice cake into two or three layers.

Spread filling between layers and on top of cake.

Chill before serving.

Very yummy!

    I made this as a birthday cake for my mom. It is light and refreshing and delicious. I did add a bit of raspberry jam, spread on the layers and served with fresh raspberries for added nutrition - everyone loved it! - 8/4/09
