MIni Bananna Bread Loaves

Ingredients
2 cups flour2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/4 cup Country Crock tub margarine1/2 cup Splenda sugar blend1/2 cup Eggbeaters1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup mashed banannas
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Sift first 4 ingredients together & set aside. Cream margarine & Splenda Sugar blend. Add Eggbeaters &* vanilla; beat until fluffy. Blend in banannas & flour mixture alternately until smooth. Pour into 4 mini non-stick loaf pans sprayed with Butter Flavor Cooking Spray. Bake for about 40 minutes until browned & toothpick inserted in middle of loaf comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for about 10 minutes, then remove from pan. Yields about 20 servings.
