Ingredients
*Breakstone Lowfat or 2% Cottage Cheese-1/4 cup* Half Banana cut lenght wise*1/4 cup Fresh cut in Halves Strawberries*Smuckers Sugar Free Strawberry Jam @ 1 TBSP* Post Grape-Nut Cereal- I use the TrailMix kind or you can subsititue with any healthy cereal, Rice Krispies works well also.
Directions
Build like a sundae, Banana, then Cottage Cheese, Fruit on Top!

SOOOO GOOOOD

Great for a Snack or for healthy Breakfast.

    Incredible... so good, Was not sure how much cereal I just sprinkled on top and gave a great crunch and I also used fatfree cottage cheese. I am pretty sure that my calories for this were around 130. Great Breakfast and Lots of Protein and Engery for the Day! My kids loved it too! - 5/18/07
