Spinach & Mushroom Cream Sauce over Angel Hair Pasta

1 tbsp extra light olive oil1 tbsp butter4oz baby portabella mushrooms, sliced 1 clove garlic, minced2 cups fresh spinach1 c fat free half & halfdash pepper1/4 tsp dried oregano1/4 tsp dried basil1/2 box whole wheat angel hair pasta (about 3.5 oz)1/2 oz finely grated parmesan cheese
Cook angel hair pasta according to directions, but drain 2 minutes before cook time is completed.
Meanwhile preheat olive oil & butter in a med skillet on med heat until butter is melted. Add mushrooms & garlic, cook until mushrooms are tender, about 2 min. Stir in half & half, pepper, oregano, and basil. Mix in spinach until wilted, about 2 min. Add drained pasta, mix well & cook for 2 min or until sauce is desired thickness.
Add parmesan & serve.
