Stephanie Louise's Broccoli Bites

Ingredients
* Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove) * Garlic, 4 clove (remove) * Broccoli, fresh, 8 cup, chopped (remove) * *Breadcrumbs (Progresso/seasoned) 1/4 C. (28g), 1 serving (remove) * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup (remove) * Oregano, ground, .5 tsp (remove) * Parsley, dried, .5 tsp (remove) * Egg white, 2 serving (remove)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 °F. Sauté onions and garlic.

2. Cook broccoli according to preference. I use a steamer. Make sure and squeeze out ALL the excess water or else they won't stick together.

3. Combine with remaining ingredients.

4. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with lightly greased parchment paper.

5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until brown.
