Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 3 lb3 medium Carrots, Cut in 1 inch chunks3 Large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks1 Cup fresh mushrooms, wiped clean, stems trimmed and cut in half.1 packet Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix)1 cup water2-3 cloves garlic, minced
Place carrots and potatoes in bottom of slow cooker.
Rub meat with minced garlic, place meat in slow cooker on top of veggies.
Fill in sides of slow cooker with mushrooms.
Grind a few grinds of pepper over all ingredients in cooker.
Whisk Onion soup mix with 1 cup of water and pour over all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover and set cooker to low. Cook for 8-10 hours.
