Crockpot Venison Brat Stew

Ingredients
Delicious and Healthy Venison Brats, Potatoes, Carrots, Celery, Onion, Green Peppers, Chicken Broth, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Dried Basil 1/2 tsp Pepper, Skim Milk, Cornstarch, 3 TB Cold Water
Directions
In crock pot put cubed potatoes, carrots, celery, onion and peppers. Top with sliced brats. Combine broth, salt, basil, black peper and pour over top. Cook on low 7 hours or until veggies are tender. Stir in milk. Make a corn starch paste with water & slowly stir in. Cover and cook on high about 30 minutes until desired consistency. Yields 8 servings.

    I wish it would have given a better idea of amount of ingredients, overall it was good, more soupy than I liked but my boyfriend enjoyed so definantly a plus - 2/8/11
