veggie Oats Breakfast

Ingredients
* Olive Oil, 2 1tsp * Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, sliced * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.5 cup, chopped or sliced * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.1 cup, chopped * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 tbsp * Cabbage, fresh, 0.3 cup, chopped * Oats, 0.3 cup
Directions
add olive oil to pan, saute onions and other veggies
add salt
add 1 cup water, add 1/3 cup oats and let it cook till water absorb
