Garden Veggie Salad Stack

Ingredients
1 Large Tomato, Cut into 6 slices1/2 Large Red Onion, cut into 3 slices1/2 Cucumber, cut into 6 slices3oz Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 3 (1oz) slices3 Basil Leafs (optional)1/3 cup Vinaigrette (your choice, not included in nutritional facts)
Directions
Place 3 tomato slices on platter; top each with 1 cheese slice. Drizzle with half the dressing.

Top each stack with 1 onion slice, 2 cucumber slices and second tomato slice.

Drizzle with remaining dressing; top with basil
