2 Cups nonfat milk1 Tbs whip cream, nonfat2 Tbs cottage cheese2 Tbs peanut butter, reduced fat1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Blend everything together and then chill. 1 serving is 8 ounces, but you can have more.
