Pablos Lentil Soup

Ingredients
Lentils, Carrots, Vegetable Stock, Curry Paste, Onion, Olive oil
Directions
Cook onion in olive oil, then add paste, cook for 1 minute. Add carrot and lentils and stock simmer for 20-30 mins till lentils are soft.
Add a dallop of greek yogurt if you like when serving.
