1 Lb ground veneison1 Lg onion, chopped2 cups chopped bell pepper2 Qts home-canned tomatoes2 cans red kidney peans1 can pinto beasSpicesblack pepperbay leafgarliccajun spicecyan pepperchili powder
Brown ground venison in 4-6 Qt pan. Drain if necesary. Add onions and peppers and cook lightly. Stir in tomatoes, kidney beans and pinto peans. Add bay leaf, and spice to taiste. Simmer over low heat at least 1/2 an hour. Remove bay leaf before serving. Makes 16 1-cup servings.
