Curried raw butternut squash souffle

Ingredients
1 medium butternut squash (about 2 pounds)2 t sea salt1 T curry1 t cumin2 T coconut butter1 C raisins2 C water for soaking raisins3 medjool dates, pitted2 t psyllium powder.5 C pumpkin seeds
Directions
Blend spices, coconut butter, raisin soak water, and dates. Add squash and blend until silky smooth. You may have to add more water. Add psyllium and blend again. Place in serving dish immediately, mix in raisins, and spread pumpkin seeds over the top. I soak the pumpkin seeds first.
