Ingredients
3/4 lb ground beef3/4 lb ground turkey1/3 cup cooked quinoa2 egg whites3 tblsp tomato paste2 tblsp red wine1.5 tsp worcestshire sauce16fl oz french onion soup.
Directions
combine first 4 ingredients. divide into 6 portions, brown in large skillet approx. 3 min. per side. set aside meat, keep warm.

Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Bring to boil, add patties. cover reduce heat simmer 10 minutes. uncover and continue to cook until sauce reduced. approx 10 minutes.
