Ingredients
Raw shrimp-12onions-1 cuptomatoes-1 cupgarlic-4 clovessaffron-1 tspchili powder-1 tspolive oil-2 tblssea salt-.50 tspfresh coriander finely chopped
Directions
Cook the onions in olive oil. Add the garlic till light brown. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the shrimp, and thoroughly cook, atleast 10 minutes. Add the shrimp and saute until cooked. Garnish with coriander. Makes 2 servings of 6 shrimp each.
