Sweet & Spicy Savory Homemade Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
454 grams/1lb Extra Lean Ground Beef, Chicken, Turkey or BisonCan of crushed tomatoesCan of tomato paste3 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar1 Large Onion1 tsp. Crushed garlic (fresh)2 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning (Basil, Oregano etc.)2.5 tsp. Splenda Brown Sugar Blend (or honey) Salt & Pepper to tasteTabasco sauce to taste (or fresh chili pepper)
Directions
Makes 8-10 servings depending on appetite :)

1) Brown beef in pot with onions and crushed garlic
2) Combine all other ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
3) Serve with your favorite whole wheat pasta and a dash of cheese.

For a lower fat version use ground bison, chicken or turkey. Also great as sauce for baked pastas!
