Almond Milk Yogurt

Ingredients
3/4 cup almond milk1 tbsp cornstarch1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup (or other sweetener)1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Combine milk and cornstarch. Mix in blender or magic bullet. Microwave 30 seconds. Add syrup and vanilla. Blend. Microwave 45-60 seconds. Blend. Repeat microwave. Blend once more. Stick in the refrigerator for a couple hours. It's usually a goo like gel.

Feel free to add fruit or whatever before the last blend. It's an incredibly tasty substitute.
