1 cup 2% milk1/2 cup egg beaters1/3 cup flour2 cups shredded cheddar3 - 4 oz cans of whole green chiles1 15 oz can tomato sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, milk with flour. Drain chiles and split. Alternate layers of sauce, cheese, chiles. (seed side down). Bake 1 hour
